Q: How much will this service cost?
A: Each firm's needs are individually assessed. The price is then determined by the amount of detail that is involved in the design of the page(s). A simple on-line brochure can cost $100 to $195. A very intricate site with multiple pages will cost more.
Q: How much does it cost to keep the site updated?
A: Not as much as you would think! When you sign on to our service, you will be charged a maintenance fee. It is a monthly fee that covers up to 4 changes per month. It ranges from $12 to $26 per month.
Q: How do I get pictures of my firm to you?
A: You can get them to us in many ways. You can e-mail a picture to us that is already scanned in to your computer. Or you can send us a picture to scan in. Mailing pictures to us will add a slight delay the completion of your page.
Q: After the one year of maintenance is up, can I decide not to renew the contract?
A: Yes. After the first year is up, you can elect not to continue the maintenance of your site. If you change your mind, and decide to continue after you have been removed from our system, there is a $75 initialization fee to get your page back into our system.
Q: What will my address be?
A: Your web site will be hosted by netfirms.com. Your address will look something like this: http://abcfuneralhome.netfirms.com. You also have the opportunity to buy and reserve a lease on a domain name of your choice such as http://www.abcfuneralhome.com. This purchase and lease is subject to availability and prices for this service are quoted on our general price list.

*We will only match competitors price if they design web pages specifically for the funeral profession. You must submit a written quote from the business that clearly states a lower price for the same web design. The quote cannot be older than 30 days for consideration. We will not price match any quote that does not meet these conditions.
**We will credit / refund one year's worth of maintenance fees for the referral of a funeral home or cemetery that signs on to our service. This offer is good for up to two years of free maintenance with two signing referrals. Up to a $150 value per year. Any portion of the maintenance fee remaining must be paid by the client in order to maintain their site. Call for more details.
